Commercial building Josef Pschorr Haus, Munich

Directly on Munich's Neuhauser Straße pedestrian zone, a modern commercial building with 4 storeys for retail (ground floor, basement and 2 upper storeys), 2 storeys with rental flats, a 2-storey underground car parking and a delivery zone on the 4th basement floor with a truck lift was built on a 5,000 m² site on the site of the former Karstadt department stores'.
