Office building Newton, Ridlerstraße 57, Munich

New construction of an office building. The building is structured around six inner courtyards, three of which are shielded from the railway line running past in the south by a noise barrier. The central courtyard forms the entrance and communication area and is covered by a 30m x 30m free-standing glass construction. The building offers 67 combinable rental units, a casino, a baristabar and conference rooms on the ground floor. In the basement, there are approx. 500 car parking spaces on 2 levels and a larger area for bicycle parking.
