Since the founding of the CL MAP office in 2002, a wide variety of projects have been handled. Now the company is taking the next step in sustainability and green building and expands these areas in the new department, CL ECO.
The two managers Daniel Villar and Maximilian Reiter represent a young, ambitious and dynamic team.
Each project is assigned to one of them and is personally supervised.

Management
Since 2020, Daniel Villar and Maximilian Reiter have been managing CL ECO - not only with their own projects, but also in close cooperation with CL MAP GmbH.
Daniel brings experience from various engineering offices and holds several licenses for green building certifications (LEED AP, WELL AP, DGNB Auditor). He has been working in the sustainability sector since 2013 and is an expert in life cycle assessments as well as material ecology and life cycle cost analyses. He is also familiar with the perspectives of building owners, property supervision, architects and sustainability consultants from previous professional positions. This gives him the necessary understanding for successful consulting in the difficult planning and construction process.
Maximilian is an expert in project controlling, costs and deadlines. He has been working on these business areas since 2009 and understands sustainability as an indispensable part of project management.
He has been a shareholder of CL MAP GmbH since 2018 and brings strong leadership and management skills to the CL ECO team.
