Sustainability has been part of our work at CL MAP GmbH for more than 15 years. Over this time, we have professionalized and expanded our services in this area and in 2020 we created CL ECO, a department with its own competencies in sustainability and green building.

We - CL MAP GmbH - are member of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) since 2013, as well as the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) since 2020.

The group comprises "MAP" (master planning, architecture and project management) and "ECO" (sustainability certification, strategy and consulting).
CL ECO is managed by Daniel Villar and Maximilian Reiter and works independently of CL MAP. However, the two departments are in constant exchange and work closely on common projects, so that clients and the teams of the group benefit from the comprehensive know-how.
