Reorganization and partial new construction of the former Postbank office in a premium location to office and retail spaces in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station. The shell of the building will be largely retained and refurbished on the ground floor. The upper floors will be fundamentally redesigned, whereby the major possible building structure will be retained and re-used.
