Two high-rise buildings in Munich´s Westend

A new district will be created on the site of the old tram station in Laim. The architects Riehle+Assoziierte are planning two sustainable high-rise buildings in hybrid wood construction with a maintenance corridor in the facade. The building heights are 40 m and 58.50 m. The office building is future-oriented according to strict sustainability standards. A DGNB gold certification is being sought.
